    Eric is an innovation strategist. He spent over 12 years with Nestle, a Fortune 100 company, in numerous functions both in Switzerland and in the USA. His experience includes driving business and technology transformation initiatives, launching products, conducting large-scale LEAN initiatives and partnering with executive leadership teams on strategic projects to deliver organic growth. He introduced Design Thinking and developed innovative tools to help organizations visualize value and improve their performance. His passion and expertise in organizational alignment, innovation design, and disruptive technologies make him a versatile and strategic thinker who likes to operate in any environment.


    Andrew Zhang is one of the leading experts in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, as well as IoT, and Blockchain integration. Serving as the CTO at Kinestry, Andrew leads a long-term technology vision, and is responsible for the applied AI programs, industry thought leadership and advanced technology application. Through his commitment in this role, he has helped Kinestry scale and optimizes product management, talent acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Prior to his current role, Andrew worked as a research fellow at Stanford University, an AI expert at Sharp Corporation on leading AI-powered systems connected to IoT devices for preventive maintenance; and Head of AI at HB, a leading behavioral AI FinTech company. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science.

    Pat is a professional mix of creative and business innovation strategists. After a decade in the film industry working across the globe in Visual Effects, he managed the transformation of product imaging companies from photography to CGI, servicing top Global Ad Agencies and many Fortune 500 clients directly. His work with Dassault Systemes included managing the West Coast offices and the Virtual Garage effort for Honda both in the US and in part globally, and with Accenture, he helped drive the creation of innovative, AI-infused XR applications to support a variety of human-centric, commercial and non-commercial applications. His passion for driving client success is coupled with deep experience in operations, XR, 3D imaging processes, and business innovation.

Rachel draws from a degree in computational neuroscience and a worldbuilding perspective to align emergent systems and human behavior in her work.     Ben led AT&T Diversity through their first VR marketing project: #BeTheGlow Afrofuturism with Young Paris. He spearheaded concept, execution, and physical activation at the BET Experience and Essence Festival.

    Ben helped one group's technical product go from industry-baffling to industry-leading in 10 months. He vetted market-need, streamlined messaging and value proposition, and created a path to scale. Business grew 8x in that time and the product got a patent.

Her work has spanned 25 years of diverse partnerships with organizations, creatives, and technologists. Her expertise using human-centered design approaches has helped numerous organizations understand how to solve problems strategically to generate value for their organization. In addition, her most recent work focuses on future visioning and storytelling through human lenses to help clients imagine new possibilities for their future. She has led future visioning initiatives across industries with multiple clients including Autodesk, Ford, and Nike, among others. As an educator, her background includes lectureships and visiting artist/critic roles at the ArtCenter College of Design, California Institute of the Arts, General Assembly, Otis College of Art & Design, Sci-Arc, UCLA, and USC. As part of her exploration of new meanings and forms, Ronni loves to incite conversations and collaborations with brilliant thinkers and doers whenever possible.

    Over the past 10 years, Pico has collaborated with esteemed designers and entertainment leaders around the world which include leading the canopy geometry for Google’s new headquarters in CA at Bjarke Ingels Group, the concept of the multimedia memorial "Elysium" for Guy Laliberté (founder of Cirque du Soleil), Samsung’s Social Galaxy with Kenzo Digital, creative direction and content production for the new Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel‘s Oculus in collaboration with Rockwell Group, and creative direction and game development for the multiplayer environmentalist video game Superforest.

He is a researcher and the director of the “AI & Neuroscience in Media” Project at the Entertainment Technology Center (ETC), where his team is researching new methods and applications drawn from AI and neuroscience for the media and entertainment industry. Yves is also the founder and CEO of Corto, an AI startup developing software tools to help media makers and marketers understand stories as algorithms and use deep audience data to optimize their distribution across all formats including film, TV, and advertising. Corto is in Private Beta with a handful of studios and advertising agencies, and is already actively used to develop film, TV and branded content.
